homeland...".
With this words, in 1338 Petrarca honoured Porto Venere, still
considered the "panoramic miracle" of La Spezia's gulf. History and
legend often mingle; the Itinerario Marittimo dell'Imperatore
Antonino Pio (Emperor Antonino Pio's Sea Itinerary) (161 D.C.)
testifies that Porto Venere existed as a sea-town since the Roman
period. It had the naval function of a "portus" and its settlement

Arrivals are scheduled on THURSDAY and departures on SUNDAY.
Participation fee

Detailed information on lessons programme will follow)
Lessons
given by teachers will be divided into levels (all levels available)
and will take place from 11 a.m. to about 8.30 p.m. After 10.30
p.m., the ’’noche in Milonga’’ in the Hotel's Theatre Hall at out
complete disposal. The ‘’Gala’’ evening with the Teachers'
performances will take place on Saturday night.
A guided
excursion will be also arranged.
