Montegridolfo's castle. On the border between Romagna and the Marche, on the line that separates the valley of the Conca valley of Foglia, there is one of the best preserved medieval castles of Rimini: Montegridolfo. The name originates from the family of Gridolfo, riminesi nobles who ruled this country in the thirteenth century. Montegridolfo surrounded by hills which dominate the coast of Romagna, but the real beauty of this place remains the castle. The castle is accessed via a door-shaped arch, topped by the clock tower, which introduces the entrance of a village, enclosed by high walls. The castle was once disputed between the family of the Malatesta and Montefeltro. After several clashes in the city Montegridolfo right into the hands of the Malatesta who had mastery up to 1500.
General information
Arrivals are scheduled on Sunday and departures on Wednesday.
Participation fee includes half-board accommodation (bed, breakfast, typical dinner, New Year's Eve dinner, plus beverages. The 29/12 bed and breakfast), Milonga nights and Argentine Tango classes with Maestros and dancers:
Classes will be held by the Maestros at Beginners (first steps also), Intermediate, Advanced and Master levels. Some ‘folklore basics’ classes will be available for all dancers.
Every night after 10.00 p.m. until 1.30 a.m. the "noche in Milonga" in the charming Dance Hall at our complete disposal. The nights Musicalizador is the Argentine expert: SANDRO051.
The "New Year's Eve Gala" night with sparkling wine and dancing until 4 a.m. will take place on December 31st with the Maestros' performances.
Included in the package the beautiful Spa Center!
How Much TANGO...
Average 2.5 hours of lessons daily per person for 3 days.
3 dancing nights, one of them being the New Year's Eve Gala until 4.00 a.m. featuring the Maestros'
performances after midnight.
